One of the best parts of working with Linda was her ability to meticulously inspect a property. She looked through every nook and cranny of a house before we even set foot inside. Her ability to really get to know you as a person and your likes and dislikes made house hunting a fun experience. What first impressed me about Linda Fuchs was her initiative. I called her number and when I heard a voice mail I hung up.  Shortly thereafter she called back, introduced herself and asked if someone had tried to reach her.  I thought WOW, this lady is dynamic!  She proved to be just that by being in tune with my needs, always being available to show me properties around MY schedule, and being very knowledgeable about every facet of home ownership. She knew neighborhoods , school districts and never once did I feel pressured.

Once we found a home, she was there for every aspect of what would happen next,  she was so supportive and relieved a lot of the stress that came with home buying. She was able to recommend a reliable handyman when those services were needed.  When I had some "life changes" and needed advice about my options I was able to consult her and she gave  her professional opinion. I knew it was what was best for me because she did not gain anything by her suggestion ... Except my trust!
